The strongest players in EA Sports FC 24
There are plenty of absolute units in EA Sports FC 24. Some of them look far more like Olympic shot-putters than footballers, perhaps spending more time in the gym than on the training pitch.
Such players can come in very handy on EAFC 24 to combat the pace merchants of Ultimate Team and Career Mode, using their superior physiques to keep the opposition at bay.
If you want to build a team of Greek gods, then we have you covered. Here are the ten strongest players in EA Sports FC 24.
Argentinian centre-back Nicolas Ferreyra is not a man to be messed with. The 6’4 defender plays for Bolivian side Bolivar but has floated around a number of clubs in South America.
The 70-rated colossus will be joining his former club Estudiantes RC in the Argentinian second tier this January, meaning we may lose him from the game altogether. Ferreyra has 94 strength but just 38 pace, so he probably won’t be an enormous miss.
6’4 striker Ludovic Ajorque has proven himself to be more than just a target man since arriving in the Bundesliga. The forward spent his entire career in France, coming to the fore with Strasbourg, but managed six goals in 17 Bundesliga games in the second half of last season.
The gigantic Mainz attacker is 79 overall on EAFC 24, boasting 94 strength, but similarly to Ferreyra and many others in the top ten, his lack of pace makes him pretty useless in-game – unless crossing becomes the new meta.
Moving all the way down to League One, we have Bolton’s Ricardo Santos. The Portuguese centre-back has played his entire career in England, including several spells outside of the Football League, and comes in at 70 overall on EAFC.
His 94 strength makes him difficult to get past and his appearance in last season’s League One Team of the Year has seen him get a two overall upgrade.
Duvan Zapata endured a difficult season with Atalanta last season, managing just two goals in 25 Serie A games, and subsequently made the move to Torino this summer.
The striker has seen an overall downgrade of two with the Colombian dropping to 81, but his 95 strength maintains his status as one of the strongest players in EAFC 24.
Romelu Lukaku is well-known as one of the biggest men in football. The forward is massive, bullying defenders with his strength at his very best, something he will be hoping to do now in the colours of Roma.
Similarly to his fellow Serie A forward Zapata, the former Chelsea man also has 95 strength despite being downgraded to 84 overall. His 80 pace and 84 shooting make him an interesting prospect.
A Dutch striker featuring for Polish outfit LKS Lodz, Kay Tejan is probably not a player you’re going to face often in EAFC 24. However, he’s still one to keep an eye out for given his 95 strength.
Rather ironically, the 64-rated forward with 68 pace use to play for Quick Boys in the Netherlands.
Now playing in the German second division for Wehen Wiesbaden following his summer move from Belgium, Vukotic has a whole new set of opponents to test his strength against.
The 6’6 centre-back is certainly a worthy adversary for even the league’s toughest centre-forwards, with the 69-rated Serb also boasting 95 strength.
Not only do Dortmund have the second-fastest player in the game in Karim Adeyemi, they also have the third-strongest in Niklas Sule. The enormous centre-back has returned to his best after a mixed career at Bayern Munich, currently holding an 84-rated card in EAFC.
The 6’5 defender also has 95 strength and has right-back as an alternate position, but with just 73 pace he may be best-suited centrally.
The West Brom striker may not be the tallest at 6’1, but he more than makes up for it in strength. He’s the cousin of a former FIFA legend Emmanuel Emenike, although he may not be quite as overpowered.
Dike has 96 strength, adding to a 71-rated card. At only 23 years old, he could be one for Career Mode rather than Ultimate Team.
Tomas Chory may be familiar to some after his brace against Barcelona in the 2022/23 Champions League group stages, with the 6’6 forward a real handful for opposition defenders due to his height and physicality.
The Czech striker boasts 96 strength and a 73-rated card on EAFC and can be all yours for just 500 coins on Ultimate Team.
Get him and Dike up top together and you’re cooking.
