When are the 2023/24 Premier League fixtures released?
The 2022/23 Premier League season finished in familiar fashion as a group of sky blue-donning masters lifted the title aloft.
Manchester City only tried to start winning the league in February, and for a while it seemed as if Mikel Arteta’s youthful Gunners would upset the hierarchy by winning their first league title in 19 years. However, a vintage City run combined with Gooner mishaps meant the Citizens eventually waltzed to their third successive title triumph. A historic treble awaits.
While there’s still plenty to play for on the final day at both ends of the table, many of us already have one eye on 2023/24. The summer transfer window brings about fresh opportunities and excitement, while the releasing of next season’s fixtures is always a strangely rousing phenomena.
Here’s everything you need to know about the fixtures release for the 2023/24 Premier League season.
Get your calendars at the ready and pencil this date in, folks. The 2023/24 Premier League fixtures will be revealed at 09:00 (04:00 ET / 01:00 PT) on Thursday 15 June 2023.
Dates for all 380 fixtures will be released at that time.
The 2023/24 Premier League season is set to kick-off on the weekend of Saturday 15 August 2023.
The winter World Cup means the 2022/23 season will conclude a little later than usual, with the final matchday taking place on Sunday 28 May. As a result, just 76 days separate the end of 2022/23 and start of 2023/24 – the shortest non-Covid impacted turnaround in Premier League history.
When does the 2023/24 Premier League season end?
The final round of fixtures in the 2023/24 Premier League season has been pencilled in for Sunday 19 May 2024.
Once again, there’s little room for respite with Euro 2024 getting underway just 26 days after the season concludes on Friday 14 June 2024.

Nottingham Forest were the latest side to stave off the threat of relegation after they beat Arsenal 1-0 on Saturday. As a result, two of Everton, Leeds and Leicester will join Southampton in the Championship.
A point for Everton on the final day at home to Bournemouth should be enough to preserve their status in the top flight, with Leeds needing to beat Tottenham and Leicester requiring a mini-miracle to remain a Premier League club.
Burnley and Sheffield United will both be back in the top flight next season, and they’ll be joined by either Coventry or Luton.
