FPL Gameweek 34: The best goalkeepers to sign

Business

We’re at that stage in the Premier League season when there are seemingly games every five minutes. That makes life hard for FPL managers looking to finish the campaign strongly.

There’s another opportunity for bosses to score big in Gameweek 34, with a number of teams playing twice over the next six days.

There are some good options between the sticks, so who should you pick in goal this week?

Aaron Ramsdale’s Arsenal don’t have a double gameweek but do face Chelsea, who have managed just three goals in their last six Premier League games.

The Blues are dreadfully out of form and England stopper Ramsdale should have little to no problem picking up a clean sheet.

Moving into the goalies with two upcoming fixtures, Alisson is a premium option with games against Tottenham and Fulham.

The Brazilian has struggled for clean sheets in recent weeks, conceding six goals in four games, but Liverpool have a dominant record over Spurs at home while Fulham were beaten 1-0 by Aston Villa last time out.

Sorry if you’ve come here looking for a differential just to again be told you should pick Jason Steele. However, the fact he’s selected in only 3.4% of FPL squads shows not everyone is listening.

Steele has picked up 38 points since coming into the starting XI in Gameweek 26 and saved a penalty in the defeat at Nottingham Forest. Brighton have two home games coming up, against Wolves and Manchester United.

When is the FPL Gameweek 34 deadline?

FPL managers will have until 11:00 BST on Saturday 29 April to make changes and transfers for their squads.
