Full-back Ronald Hernandez is still sidelined with a knee injury until early October, meaning Pedro Amador will continue to start at left-back in the meantime. As Atlanta’s newest addition in Miranchuk played the final 30 minutes vs the Galaxy, he could be in line for a start this weekend.

Atlanta United predicted lineup vs Charlotte FC ( 4-3-3 ): Guzan; Lennon, Gregersen, Williams, Amador; Slisz, Fortunte, Miranchuk; Lobjanidze, Rios, Silva.

Charlotte have been impressive in the last two meetings against Atlanta, winning two straight vs their rivals on the road. Now, Dean Smith’s side has an opportunity to extend their winning streak at home in front of their supporters.

Although Atlanta have looked better in recent matches, Charlotte have a more well-rounded squad at the moment and should have enough in them to take the three points against the Five Stripes.

Prediction: Charlotte FC 2-1 Atlanta United
