Liverpool are struggling with a few absences at the moment, particularly in the defence. Klopp has confirmed that Andy Robertson, Dominik Szoboszlai and Trent Alexander-Arnold are in contention but not certain to face Norwich.

Kostas Tsimikas, Thiago, Joel Matip and Stefan Bajcetic are out, while Wataru Endo is at the Asian Cup. Mohamed Salah is back from AFCON but only to treat a hamstring injury.

Liverpool predicted lineup vs Fulham (4-3-3): Kelleher; Bradley, Quansah, Konate, Gomez; Mac Allister, Elliott, Jones; Jota, Nunez, Diaz.

Norwich are having a great time when it comes to the fitness of their squad, with Danny Batth expected to be the only absentee for David Wagner’s side. They were only narrowly beaten by Leeds last time out.

They also impressed with their 2-0 win at home to West Brom so Wagner is not expected to deviate greatly from the teams that played in those two matches.

Norwich predicted lineup vs Liverpool (4-2-3-1): Gunn; Stacey, Duffy, Gibson, Giannoulis; Nunez, McLean; Rowe, Sara, Sainz; Sargent.

Everyone always gets excited by the prospect of one of the top Premier League sides getting knocked out of the FA Cup, but it is quite hard to envisage that being the case in this scenario.

Liverpool may have a lot of important players out, but they will still have a far superior team on the pitch and given this game is at Anfield, Klopp’s side should be in for a comfortable win.

Prediction: Liverpool 3-1 Norwich
