The Mexican striker can’t stop scoring.

Santi Gimenez played an integral part in Feyenoord’s 4-2 victory over Fortuna Sittard, scoring the third goal of the match in the first half. The strike stands as Gimenez’s 11th overall for the Dutch team since joining in the summer of 2022.

His constant contributions to the scoresheet propelled Santiago Gimenez to a starting role under manager Arne Slot, edging out strikers with seniority.

Edson Alvarez became a hero for Ajax in Sunday’s 2-1 victory over Vitesse.

The Mexican national team figure scored the game-winning goal, heading in Dusan Tadic’s corner kick into the back of the net. It stands as Alvarez’s first goal of the season, and 11th overall for the Dutch giants.

Alvarez recently addressed the transfer rumors linking him to Chelsea, mentioning that he had a desire to go to the Premier League and felt frustrated by Ajax’s reluctancy to facilitate the move. But now, he remains determined to succeed with the Dutch giants.

After a brief spell on the bench, they’re back.

Guillermo Ochoa made his return to the goal for US Salernitana, taking over from Luigi Sepe in the team’s 3-0 victory over Monza. The Mexican goalkeeper first arrived to Salernitana as Sepe’s replacement while he was out injured, but now competes for that starting role.

Chucky Lozano continues to prove he’s an integral part of Serie A leaders Napoli, starting the match against Empoli. He helped the team to the 2-0 victory, extending their dominance.
