Watford vs Chelsea: TV channel, live stream, team news & prediction
Premier League leaders Chelsea will look to get back to winning ways when they travel to struggling Watford on Wednesday night.
The Blues were held to a 1-1 draw by Manchester United on Sunday afternoon, with Manchester City’s win over West Ham cutting their lead at the top of the table to just one point.
Watford are down in 16th, with Claudio Ranieri leading his side to two wins in his first six games in charge. They couldn’t win on his return to the King Power Stadium, however, going down 4-2 to Leicester.

The Hornets have a whole host of injuries to contend with.
Ben Foster won’t return until 2022, so Daniel Bachmann will get an extended chance between the sticks, while star forward Ismaila Sarr will be out for at least a month with a knee ligament injury.
Nicolas Nkoulou, Francisco Sierralta, Peter Etebo, Ken Sema and Kwadwo Baah are also sidelined, while there are fitness doubts over Adam Masina, Emmanuel Dennis and Juraj Kucka.
Thomas Tuchel may elect to make changes following that disappointing draw with United at the weekend. Romelu Lukaku may get his first start coming back from injury after appearing in Sunday’s game as a substitute.
Thiago Silva is probably due a rest so Andreas Christensen could come in, while Cesar Azpilicueta may also be drafted in at wing back to replace Reece James, who is doubtful alongside Timo Werner and Jorginho.
Mateo Kovacic, N’Golo Kante and Ben Chilwell are their current injury absentees.
Watford (4-5-1): Bachmann; Femenia, Cathcart, Kabasele, Masina; Hernandez, Cleverley, Sissoko, Tufan, King; Pedro.
Chelsea (3-4-2-1): Mendy; Rudiger, Christensen, Sarr; Azpilicueta, Loftus-Cheek, Mount, Alonso; Pulisic, Havertz; Lukaku.
Watford have only ever beaten Chelsea twice in the Premier League, though they were victorious more often that not against their upcoming opponents during the 1980s. Not that it counts for much here, mind.
Chelsea have won seven of the last eight meetings between the two sides, with the sole blemish on that record being an unlikely 4-1 defeat at Vicarage Road in 2018. Troy Deeney, Eden Hazard, Daryl Janmaat, Gerard Deulofeu and Roberto Pereyra were the scorers on that February day.
Chelsea are hardly down in the dumps after that draw to United, but manager Tuchel will nonetheless demand a response at Vicarage Road as they look to continue their title charge.
Watford’s own victory over United gave their hopes of avoiding relegation a new lease of life, though the loss to Leicester was something of a reality check.
It’s tough to see the Hornets causing their visitors any major problems here, and Chelsea should secure a relatively straightforward victory.
Prediction: Watford 0-3 Chelsea
